RHS Rosemoor Vintage Vehicle Weekend 2023
In 2023, we took the International B276 to RHS Rosemoor, where more than 3000 people attended to look at the collection of cars, motorbikes, tractors, outboard engines and steam rally equipment. This was our first event. We put on a table with lego for visiting children to build their own tractor. This was great fun for the children but Gordon might have found it a little bit stressful! Whilst it was great to encourage youngsters to build their own tractors, we felt we could have done things differently and so we prepared ourselves for the next event in 2024.
RHS Rosemoor Vintage Vehicle Weekend July 2024
In July 2024, we felt more ready for the show. It was great to re-visit RHS Rosemoor and help Carrie and the team have another successful year. We met some familiar and new faces and were particularly pleased that we were able to take the Ferguson TED20 along this year. We loaded it up on the trailer and used the International to tow it to the show, about 45 minutes by tractor! We kept to the back lanes as much as possible, but it’s inevitable you have to go through Great Torrington, holding up the traffic as you go. But we weren’t the only ones, and it was great to see so many vintage vehicles on display. This year we put together a storyboard showing some of the history of the build and advertising the Youtube channel, which now stands at a staggering 1.9k followers! Thank you so much!
